Description
Disc palm oil centrifuge separator is a centrifuge separator with self-cleaning, mainly used for the separation of the palm oil, water and residue in the pressed mixture and also for the separation and concentration of the similar mixture of liquid-liquid-solid three phases. The disc palm oil centrifuge separator is of satisfactory efficiency in separation, high purity in the liquid phase, and low light-phase resided in the solid after separation. The centrifuge separator has taken the most important place in the separation operation of processing palm oil.
It is used for clarifying and purifying at same time also used to clarify and purify the similar materials.
This is a new type of partial discharge and high speed centrifugal separator, it has advantages such as it is not necessary to stop feeding and less fresh water and oil consumption.
This separator running smoothly, less vibration and lower noise by dynamic balance. Performance of the separator is good and easy operation. Both manual and auto operation can be done.
